Started the day with the normal bombshell spell, then made a lovely smoothie.
Tropical Smoothie
250ml coconut milk
1 banana (frozen is best but not essential)
Handful of spinach
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp maca powder
1 scoop protein powder
Whizz it all up and let it sit for 5 min for the chia seeds to swell. Lovely!
Ok now to book that trip!

This smoothie sounds delicious! I'm new to using coconut milk, but how perfect!
ReplyDeleteIt really does add a whole new level to the smoothie, and the coconut milk gets lovely and thick if you leave it in the fridge for a bit.
